Hearty Beef Bourguignon served over lightly buttered egg noodles.  Haricots verts almondine served as side dish.  Zesty Pad Thai topped with sliced boneless chicken breast.  Sauteed baby bok choi served as side dish.  Maple glazed pork tenderloin served with Cuban style rice and beans and a sliced avocado salad.  Poached salmon filet with mustard sauce.  Served with apple risotto and steamed broccolini.  Louisiana style shrimp gumbo served over white rice.  Steamed sugar snap peas served as side dish.
